The library has a lot to offer you

The library is open to everyone, and you are always welcome to come in and immerse yourself in our book collection, use our computers, or study.

You can borrow books, film, music and audiobooks in a variety of languages for both children and adults. 

Are you in the process of learning Danish?

The library has a large selection of language courses, films and audiobooks that you can check out. We also have a special selection of books that are written at an easier level.

You are welcome to participate in the weekly Language café(Sprogcafé), run by Røde Kors integration Ikast. 

For families with children

Visit the library as a family. The children’s section includes books, music, movies and games. Our children’s librarians know a great deal about materials, that will stimulate language development; all you have to do is ask for help. We also have a number of events, such as children’s theatre, which are just for families.

Internet - free wi-fi

You can access the Internet through the library’s computers or bring your own laptop and use the library’s wireless network. You will find the informations you need at the library.
